Mailboxes, domains, and warm-up

On any paid plan, sending infrastructure is included and managed for you: the sending domains, the inboxes on them, and the warm-up that builds their reputation.

You do not buy domains or configure DNS. Your inboxes are visible under Mailboxes.

Why we don't send from your main domain

Cold outreach is never sent from your primary company domain.

If a cold campaign attracts spam complaints on yourcompany.com, it damages the deliverability of your actual business email — invoices, customer threads, everything. That damage is slow to undo and expensive while it lasts.

So campaigns send from separate look-alike domains that exist for outreach and carry the reputation risk instead. Replies still come back to you.

Warm-up

New domains have no sending reputation, and mail from them lands in spam. Warm-up generates a slow, natural pattern of mail between inboxes over time until the domain is trusted.

It runs in the background and continues alongside live campaigns. A warm-up score per mailbox is shown on Mailboxes.

This is why early sending ramps rather than starting at full volume, and why you cannot buy your way to full throughput on day one.

How many mailboxes do I get?

Enough to support your plan's monthly allowance across about 22 sending days. More volume means more mailboxes, provisioned with the plan.
