Approving and launching a campaign

Nothing sends without your approval. It is a real gate, not a formality.

What approving does

  1. Locks the copy you reviewed — that exact version is what sends
  2. Runs contact verification on the audience
  3. Makes the campaign eligible to launch

Because verification spends per-contact money, approval needs an active plan. Without one you will see: "Sending needs an active plan. Your campaign, its audience and its copy are saved — choose a plan and it goes out as reviewed." Nothing is lost in that state.

Approved is not sending

Approving and launching are separate steps. After approving, launch it from the campaign page.

Launch safety checks

Launch runs a set of checks first. If any fail, nothing is sent and you are told why:

Message

Meaning

"Approve the campaign first"

Not approved yet

"Choose a plan to start sending"

No active plan

"only N of the M verified… leads required"

Audience below the minimum

"needs a fresh premise check"

Copy claims no longer fit the audience

"managed sending setup is still being prepared"

Infrastructure not ready — contact support

"A launch is already in progress"

Double click; refresh

After launching

A campaign may deliberately stage paused while its audience tops up to the minimum size. It goes live on its own once the floor is met.
