Team access and invites

Inviting someone

Team → invite, using their email address.

The invite link is bound to the address it was sent to — a colleague cannot forward it for someone else to use. If the wrong person needs access, send them their own invite.

Invites expire. If one has gone stale, send a fresh one.

Invited the wrong address?

Send a new invite to the correct one. Existing invites cannot be retargeted, by design.

What your team sees

Your account belongs to an organisation (your workspace). Campaigns, company profile, mailboxes, replies, and billing all belong to the workspace, not to you individually — so a colleague you invite sees the same campaigns and replies.

Removing someone

Remove them from Team. Their access ends immediately. Anything they created belongs to the workspace and stays.

Notification settings

The reply notification address lives in Company profile, not in personal settings — it is where reply alerts for the whole workspace go.
