How to get help

Where

  • The chat widget inside the app — fastest, and it arrives with your account details attached
  • hello@unileadlabs.com

What to include

You do not need to send your account details — we already have them. What helps is:

  1. The campaign name, if it is about a specific campaign
  2. The exact error text, if there was one. The precise wording tells us a great deal, so a screenshot or copy-paste beats a paraphrase.
  3. Roughly when it happened

That is usually enough for us to find it in the logs and answer in one round trip.

Response times

Self-serve plans do not have a promised support response or resolution time. We will follow up in the conversation or by email, but we do not publish a deadline we may miss.

Things worth reporting immediately

These are time-sensitive and we would rather hear about them the same day:

  • Bounce rates climbing on a running campaign
  • A mailbox showing as disconnected or at risk
  • Warm-up scores dropping
  • Any spam complaint or abuse notice
  • An opt-out that does not appear to have been suppressed

Deliverability damage compounds. A problem caught in a day is recoverable; the same problem caught three weeks later often means retiring domains.

What we can and can't tell you

We can help you read your numbers, confirm what actually sent, and tell you honestly which part of a campaign looks wrong.

We cannot promise a reply rate, guarantee inbox placement, or contact someone who has opted out.
