Upgrading, downgrading, and cancelling

Change your plan in Billing.

Upgrading

Upgrading raises your monthly allowance and provisions the extra sending capacity to support it.

The new mailboxes need warm-up. An upgrade does not produce full extra throughput the same hour — new domains ramp before they carry real volume. Plan for that if you are upgrading ahead of a push.

Downgrading

Your allowance drops to the new plan's. Campaigns and data are not deleted.

Cancelling

Cancel from Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your workspace remains active until then, so sending can continue within your remaining allowance and the normal safety limits.

When the paid period ends, the plan becomes inactive and sending stops. Your campaigns, audiences, copy, and replies are not immediately deleted. You can request an export for 30 days after termination; after that, workspace data may be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period. Suppression records are kept so opted-out people are not contacted again.

Invoices and receipts

Available in Billing through the payment portal, along with card details and billing address.

Refunds

Plans are billed in advance. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable for partial periods. Contact support for a duplicate charge, billing error, dispute, or exception request.
