What "sends included" means

Your monthly allowance counts emails actually sent.

It does not count:

  • Companies matched to your brief
  • People identified
  • Leads previewed
  • Addresses verified

So a campaign that sources an audience of 10,000 companies and contacts 400 people uses 400 of your allowance.

Follow-ups count

Each email in a sequence is a send. A campaign of 300 people with a three-step sequence can use up to 900 if everyone runs the full sequence — though in practice fewer, because follow-ups stop as soon as someone replies.

This is worth factoring in when you pick a plan.

Shared across campaigns

The allowance is one pool across all your campaigns, so splitting into several focused campaigns costs nothing extra versus one big one.

Daily pacing

Separately from the monthly allowance, daily capacity is limited by your mailboxes — roughly mailboxes × 15 per day, across about 22 sending days a month. The two are matched to each other, so a plan's allowance is achievable within its infrastructure.
