What Unilead does

Unilead is an automated cold-email outreach platform. You describe who you want to reach; Unilead finds those companies and people, verifies their email addresses, writes the campaign, and sends it from managed inboxes. Replies come back into an inbox inside the app.

The short version: you write a brief, you review what came back, you approve it, it sends.

The flow

1. Company profile — who you are, what you sell, who buys it. Everything downstream is written from this.
2. Create a campaign — describe the audience in a sentence or two.
3. Find leads — matching companies and people are sourced, scored against your brief, and contact addresses found. Runs in the background, up to about 20 minutes.
4. Review the audience — ranked best-first, with the reasoning for each match.
5. Copy is written — a full sequence, with a personalised opening per lead.
6. Review and approve — edit anything; approving runs contact verification.
7. Launch — it goes out on a schedule, spread across your mailboxes.
8. Replies — sorted by type, so you only spend time on the interesting ones.

What Unilead is not

• Not a lead database you browse and export — it sources against a brief.
• Not a mail-merge tool for a list you already own.
• Not an inbox replacement; only campaign replies come in.

Nothing sends without you approving it.
