Why won't the copy generator write?

The copy engine has hard gates. It refuses rather than producing copy it cannot stand behind.

"Fill in the campaign's offer card first"

The offer card — what you offer, and the customer problem — is empty. Copy is written only from that card, your ticked proof, and the audience, so there is nothing to write from.

Proof that cannot be confirmed

"None of the saved proof points could be confirmed on the supplied website."

Proof is checked against your own site. Use proof that is actually published, or publish it.

An offer that describes your tooling

Offer lines that describe infrastructure rather than outcomes are rejected, because campaigns written from them sell your plumbing instead of your result.

Other refusals

• A CTA that does not match what the email promised
• A first line that reads as machine-written
• A claim that cannot be traced to your proof points

The usual root cause

Repeated refusals almost always mean the company profile needs work, not the campaign. Fix the offer and proof there, then regenerate.

Failures, as opposed to refusals

If generation is failing with an error rather than refusing for a stated reason, that is not something you can fix. Contact support with the campaign name.
