Opt-outs and suppression

If someone asks to be removed, they are suppressed across your entire account — every campaign, present and future. Suppression is permanent.

There is no override

There is no mechanism to contact someone who has opted out, and support cannot make an exception.

Beyond being the law in most markets, contacting someone who opted out is a fast route to a spam complaint — and complaints damage every domain you send from, not just that campaign.

Interested repliers are pointed at the booking link in your company profile. Keep it current: a dead booking link turns an interested reply into nothing.

If an opt-out doesn't appear to have worked

Report it immediately. That is a priority issue, not a nice-to-have, and we want to know about it the same day.

Your responsibilities

The mail goes out in your name, so you are the sender. Honour removal requests, never work around a suppression, and comply with the rules in the markets you email into. Unilead suppresses automatically, but the obligation is yours.
