Why am I not getting replies?

Before concluding the tool is not working, check these in order. The order matters — each one makes the next meaningful.

1. Is it actually being delivered?

Everything else is moot if you are landing in spam. Ask support to confirm what is landing versus what is sending.

2. Is the audience right?

Look at Universe. Read a sample from the top, middle, and bottom. If the companies look wrong, copy cannot save it — the brief needs changing.

3. Is the ask too big?

"Book 30 minutes" from a stranger converts far worse than a question answerable in one line. Try shrinking the ask before rewriting anything else.

4. Has it run long enough?

Judge a campaign on a completed sequence over a couple of weeks, not on the first morning. Cold email replies arrive over days.

5. Is the offer sharp?

Re-read your offer card. If it describes your tooling rather than the buyer's outcome, that is very likely the problem — and it affects every campaign at once.

What to expect

As planning ranges, not guarantees: roughly 0.2–0.8% of sends become interested replies, 0.1–0.18% become meetings.

Getting help

Support can help you read the numbers and will tell you honestly which of the five above looks wrong. What nobody can do is promise a reply rate.
