My search returned no results

If a search finishes with nothing contactable, you will see a message like "Search completed with no contactable results" or "Search completed with no releasable contacts; the prior campaign and audience were restored".

Your previous audience was kept. An empty result never replaces work you already had.

Why it happens

  • The brief is too narrow — too many constraints stacked together
  • The role genuinely rarely has a findable business address
  • The geography is too small for the role
  • The company type is niche enough that few match

What to change, in order

  1. Widen the geography first. This is usually the cheapest constraint to relax.
  2. Add adjacent job titles. "Operations manager" alone is narrower than you think — add the variants people actually use.
  3. Drop the least important requirement. If you asked for a role and a company size and a technology, remove one.
  4. Make a hard requirement a preference. Say it is preferred rather than required, and it ranks instead of filtering.

If it keeps happening

If a reasonable, broad brief still returns nothing, that is worth reporting rather than retrying. Contact support with the campaign name.
