Running multiple campaigns
Most customers run several campaigns to different audiences rather than one large one, and it is the better pattern.
Why
Different audiences need different angles. The problem a freight brokerage has is not the problem a dental group has, even if your product solves both. One campaign written to cover both says something generic to everyone.
Per-campaign reply data tells you which segments work. With one big campaign you learn that outreach did or did not work. With five you learn which audience responds, which is the thing worth knowing.
Your allowance is shared. Sends draw from one monthly allowance across your campaigns, so splitting into several costs nothing extra.
Finding new audiences
The Outreach page suggests audiences based on your profile and on what is already performing — including lookalikes of segments that are replying.
A reasonable starting shape
Two or three campaigns to clearly different audiences, each with a sharp brief. Let them run a full sequence. Then double down on whichever replies and retire the others.
